New Semester!

With the start of a new semester, coming back to school after break promises new excitements. I’ve been doing this for nearly 5 years now and the first days of school are always the best!

Not being able to see your best friends for weeks is definitely torture and as soon as you go home, you start to miss them. So much  excitement was obvious and reuniting with friends can be often dramatic. So jumping and hugs are often a requirement.

There were big grins and shy smiles and most of all warm welcoming hugs. Some hugged me and held on as if they were trying to make up for those "lost" days. It was lovely to see all the children arrive at school this morning after the long holiday.
