Step in: New shoes!
I finally got to see them. I finally got to hug them. I finally got to kiss their cheeks and foreheads. We finally got to stand face to face after a whole month and many weeks. My heart is at peace. I am happy and I am deeply thankful. Seeing them again felt like one of those moments: when the one you love finally comes back home! hugs after hugs and tears of joy. My whole day has been more than wonderful. The kids are wonderful. There were so many stories to tell and new things (uniforms) to show off. :)
It was truly amazing. First days of school are always the best. They offer hope for the days ahead. As long as they come to school every day; there will always be hope.
As the Lord take great
delight in us, we pray and seek to continuously love and take great delight in our children.
Look at them and Love them!
They are surely a blessing beyond words. | | |
