I am sharing this quote by Amy Carmichael, one of my spiritual heroes because it encouraged me this morning.
“Nothing will matter to me again except the things
that are eternal.”

Honestly that is a hard creed to live by but with God’s help He is able
to change our hearts and align it with eternal priorities. Some times
all He ask of us is to simply be faithful with whatever He has entrusted
to us. Our daily bread. Whether it may be studies, family, job...it
should all be done with the aim of changing this world for the glory of
God. Temporal pursuit causes us to waste our lives on things that are
meaningless in light of eternity. But we are not called to do this in
our own
strength, because it is impossible. The power to fulfill all that God
has
called us to is found in Christ Jesus our King, the Father,
who is the source of all things.
ISAIAH 54:13 "I Will Teach All Your Children and They Will Enjoy Great Peace." I pray and hope to see the very children that captured my heart becoming sons and daughters of the Living God.
